  The bedroom and bathroom furnishings are luxurious and very comfortable; well light hallways and rooms; very beautiful and graceful main floor--true to period; excellent and well trained staff; awesome food; the town car service is awesome especially since I was traveling with my elderly mom who could not walk great distances (my mom felt very pos... was die leute sagen » h); the ability to visit the ballrooms, etc. to learn about the history of the original hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   This was a great find for us. The relaxed clibby atmosphere was just right forbour shortbtrip to isit our granddaughter attending Gonzaga. The location was perfect- just a short distance to the college and right downtown The service was fantastic and our room beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.   We called to confirm the special arrangements to protect husband's asthma needs. letsbookhotel.com did not provide the notes to the lodge. They said this always occurred. The lodge did a fantastic job of taking the requested precautions I gave them directly. They were the best I've ever met. We came back Mon. Nite and Doug Smith was especiall - The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.
