  The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I would definitely stay... was die leute sagen » here again and would recommend it to others. - WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

  This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. - A great fresh feel about ... was die leute sagen » this new hotel. The area was fantastic with little bars, cafes and live music just a few steps away (without causing noise!) Super Friendly staff and a feel of class and design from the lobby to the rooms.
