  The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel and the village was totally charming with lots of great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also an amazing running trail that begins at the hotel's front door. The room was perfect with a great view and a fireplace!! It was the last stop on our tour through Washington State and a great send off. Owners clearly have a service philosophy that they deliver on. Would definitely recommend.

Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Who does that these days ? what a nice surprise .. we felt recognized each time we came in and was informed of the breakfast which by the way was awesome and told about a light supper .whic... was die leute sagen » h was just okay!!but nice we enjoyed the hot tub and our room and bed was great . over all this was a wonderful place to stay..and very affordable ,re - The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also.
