  The staff was great very friendly and helpful. Amber at the front dest was great and Paige in housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable. She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in. Probably the best thing was breakfast and the pass to the local Athletic club. Plus... the hot tub! Very nice. We were visiting friends and this was the perfect place to spend a night away from home.   The bed was comfy...the room was clean..the bath towels were great and the shower was wonderful. The desk help were efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good too! - Good bed, clean facilities, good coffee in breakfast area. Excellent suggestions on where we should eat.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian the night manager got me out of a pickle with junk food machine a couple of times. I think it was a bit entertaining for him too. - The staff were quite nice and friendly and gave us some great travel advice for next time. I wish that we could have stayed another night in a bit nicer room!

  The bartender in Star Light lounge - Cami is her name, was sooooo incredibly kind, and gives such great customer service! We never had to want for anything when she was there. Loved it!!! We also loved the Oyster Bar for our meals (except Breakfast of course). Really hard to beat the fresh seafood! You can't get that just anywhere! Great idea! The First Nations Art throughout the hotel was wonderful to see and enjoy. It has an awesome pool and spa. The Island Grill restaurant serves delicious breakfasts and they are very reasonably priced. I will stay there again!
