  The staff was great very friendly and helpful. Amber at the front dest was great and Paige in housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable. She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in. Probably the best thing was breakfast and the pass to the local Athletic club. Plus... the hot tub! Very nice. We were visiting friends and this was the perfect place to spend a night away from home.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The bed was comfy...the room was clean..the bath towels were great and the shower was wonderful. The desk help were efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good too! - Good bed, clean facilities, good coffee in breakfast area. Excellent suggestions on where we should eat.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian the night manager got me out of a pickle with junk food machine a couple of times. I think it was a bit entertaining for him too. - The staff were quite nice and friendly and gave us some great travel advice for next time. I wish that we could have stayed another night in a bit nicer room!

  Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge.
