  The staff was great very friendly and helpful. Amber at the front dest was great and Paige in housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable. She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in. Probably the best thing was breakfast and the pass to the local Athletic club. Plus... the hot tub! Very nice. We were visiting friends and this was the perfect place to spend a night away from home.   The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   I loved having the hot tub in our room. We really like the quietness. We went there to celebrate our 39th anniversary and we wanted quiet time to relax and enjoy each other. - Loved the staff , very friendly! Especially the shuttle driver, he is to be commended for his politeness and his hospitality.
