  Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early.   The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome!   Very friendly at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy. Had a couple problems and they were addressed immediately. Perfect accommodations for a large family like mine, for the price. - The staff was fantastic- very kind and very helpful. The facilities was spotless.
