I thought the hotel was beautiful, if I stay there again I'd try to upgrade to a balcony room. It was summer so the area was off-season and very quiet. The pool was wonderful and the courtyard was a great place to sit and relax. -

We were in Burlington for a wedding so this was a great place to stay for that. We weren't in the room that much other than to sleep - good location for the town in Burlington. We walked in one day which is fine but better to get a taxi. Bed was comfortable and the TV had loads of good stations. Breakfast was basic but fine. -

We loved the big, cosy fireplace in the comfortable, spacious lobby. Plus they had relaxing big band music playing and not too loud. The rooms were clean and spacious and a hot breakfast was included. We stayed here to ski at Killington Mtn. which was 10 min. away. We would definitely stay again.

and the ladies in charge of providing the food were friendly and made
sure there was enough of a very good buffet. It was nice to see little

Very quaint and cozy - wished we arrived earlier to enjoy the inviting fireplace in the living room, the new hot tub with patio lights and the lively pub in the basement! Bud is an amazing Innkeeper. He's an old throw-back hippie like
myself. The place is a bit far from the action in Stowe, but perfect for
a romantic getaway. The rooms are a bit small and rustic, but if you are
aware of that they will not disappoint. Eat breakfast late, and you get
to talk with the hosts essentially alone. Most of the others get up and
out early to go hiking!
