  The staff were all very accomodating and friendly. They were extremely helpful in every way. Rooms were SPOTLESS, as were the hallways and other areas.   We love coming here! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We love the pool and ping pong table and the proximity to mountain activities.   The motel was very clean & comfort was excellent it just seamed to be a little out dated I think if they would update the lighting that would help a lot it was dark and the lighting was very yellow things just need to be brightened up some what - Location, cleanliness and very comfortable.

  Manager was very helpful: printed out directions to my destination, my airline boarding pass, and kept hot tub open an extra 1/2 hr. when I arrived late after a long drive. - It was clean and enough room to move around. There's an indoor pool and spa. Breakfast is ok, nothing much. We had a good view of the July 4th fireworks at Hurricane.

  The Ruby was right at the gates for Bryce Canyon and as such was great. It is very large and has a real monopoly on the area which is not a bad thing but makes it fairly generic. We had no choice as to where we ate but the food was ok. The room was comfortable and the bedding and beds fresh. It was extremely cold and the heating was excellent. It was perfect for the one night to explore the canyon and drive on. - Room facilities, even in the annex sections were current in their amenities, were cleaning and comfortable for what was required for a short stay. Mainly required services and support were all located within or immediately adjacent to the lodging facility. The location made commuting to and from Bryce Canyon was very convenient.

  The check in was very easy. The staff were very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and the design and decoration were beautiful. The price was affordable. - Christopher at the front desk was great - helpful and got us a remote control for the tv that was not in the room. He brought it up in minutes.

  Very clean and quiet. Stayed on a weeknight during hunting season mid- october. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was satisfactory. For the money ($55 total), with indoor heated pool and spa, huge comfy bed, quiet room with quiet a/c, and free breakfast, this place is a great deal! We even had deer walking through the property in the evening. - The best motel we stayed during our 3 week trip.   I liked the fact that the staff immediately acknowledged me with a heartfelt "hello" and a smile as soon as I entered the lobby. I was directed to my room which was in a perfect location. The room was immaculate. Even the remotes were in little bags. That has never happened in all my travels. - Love the staff, as soon as I walk in the door a staff member is there to help. If I need anything extra, like a blanket cause I get cold easy it is sent right to me. I love the breakfast as well, I will go away hungry that is for sure.
