  We love coming here! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We love the pool and ping pong table and the proximity to mountain activities.   Manager was very helpful: printed out directions to my destination, my airline boarding pass, and kept hot tub open an extra 1/2 hr. when I arrived late after a long drive. - It was clean and enough room to move around. There's an indoor pool and spa. Breakfast is ok, nothing much. We had a good view of the July 4th fireworks at Hurricane.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was located in an area for shopping and dining close by.   The Ruby was right at the gates for Bryce Canyon and as such was great. It is very large and has a real monopoly on the area which is not a bad thing but makes it fairly generic. We had no choice as to where we ate but the food was ok. The room was comfortable and the bedding and beds fresh. It was extremely cold and the heating was excellent. It was perfect for the one night to explore the canyon and drive on. - Room facilities, even in the annex sections were current in their amenities, were cleaning and comfortable for what was required for a short stay.
