We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we
knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were
able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return
again. We normally stay around the corner but after such a lovely stay
at The Sir Frances Drake, we would definiltey stay there again.

Pizza and wine tasting hour great, met interesting travellers at the hotel. Bed very comfortable.

Lage ist wirklich einmalig - Besser kanns nicht sein! Super Zimmer, super Bett. Hotel hat viel Flair, Zimmer sind wirklich etwas klein aber für ein Stadt wie SF absolut in Ordnung (bei der Reservierung nach den größeren Zimmern fragen!). The person who called the town car and greeted us when we arrived the first day,I think his name is Tommy?? The bartender(woman with dark hair) was also very kind while my exhausted teen daughter slept by the fire.

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. When I needed assistance with my computer, they helped immediately and they printed out what I needed at the front desk free of charge. Everyone was SO nice. Th
