  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again - ... was die leute sagen » you don't need much more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep if you're on a busy citybreak. - The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

  beim 1. zimmer hate die heizung einen defekt,nach anruf bei der rezeption umgehend techniker vor ort,stellte fehler fest,nach ca. 5 minuten feedback seitens der rezeption->sie sendeten einen pagen mit neuem zimmerschluessel nach oben.Muss dem personal grosses lob aussprechen,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. - Die Lage ist für diesen Preis sensati... was die leute sagen » onell! Die Eingangshalle ist sehr trendy. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich.
