  I liked everything. The room was spacious, clean and was right on a river. It was also right behind the parkway where there was plenty of shopping and places to eat. It is also right behind all the Ripley's attractions and next door to the Ripley's Aquarium. We were able to walk to everything which was great because we didn't have to load up and u... was die leute sagen » nload kids from the car. The price was very family friendly. I would stay here again. I just recommend calling the hotel to make sure you are getting - I enjoyed the fact that they had given us an upgrade on our reservation. My fiancé and I loved the proximity to Gatlinburg's main strip and that we weren't forced to pay for parking. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Even though we stayed during the weekend, we felt that we had our privacy and didn't notice any commotion. We will definitely come back to River Terrace.

  We loved just about everything at The Resort. This is the perfect place to stay for families with children. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the outdoor play area. The room itself was ideal for us, the full kitchen and washer and dryer made it easy to feel at home. Noise level in the building was very suitable, - I have been going to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the past 10+ years. As far as lodging is concerned The Resort @ Governor's Crossing ranks among the best. The location is wonderful, a little away from the Pigeon Forge "strip" but not too far away. The staff is very friendly and committed to making the stay a wonderful one. The water parks (indoor and outdoor) are very well maintained and my kids had a wonderful time. The hotel suite was very clean and had enough room for my family of 5

  The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and a delight. The fixtures and appliances all worked great, were all from the '70's, but still in great shape. Peaceful. The last minute upgrade was a nice surprise. 'Spose they do this to lure you in.......... ; ) - You cannot ask for a better view of the Smokey Mountains.   The double room suite we had was so roomy. I loved having a washer/dryer and hot tub. The view was great and it was nice & quiet. Everything was clean & we had little starter packs of soap, coffee etc. The parking was close, there was an elevator & even a luggage cart! The tvs were great & we enjoyed the porch too.The location is so close to the gaylord, which was - Everything! It was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and personable. The bed was extremely comfy. From the location to the room, to the staff, and the overall appearance was top notch. I loved it at Nashville Resort and will recommend it to anyone and everyone. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Thank you for a wonderful stay! They were above and beyond my expectations

  The spacious room the suite had with all the comforts of being away from home. Fireplace was nice also and all the added activities the resort has to offer. Great to keep young and older children occupied. Definitely coming back. - Accommodations were extremely spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
