  The stay at the hotel was like staying at a bed and breakfast. The staff was amazing and the breakfast in the morning with the other guests was remarkable. The staff was there talking to all of the guests making us feel like we were at home eating. Very clean and very comfortable. Upon arrival, my daughter and I were happily greeted and felt welcomed immediately. It's in a great location. We were there visiting some family and the hotel was close in proximity to their house. I also liked the fact that the hotel is non- smoking. I also loved that there was a fridge.

  We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  The Manager is one of the best people you would ever want to meet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is kept very clean. The beds slept better than our own beds at home--luxury mattresses. Very pretty overall in design and landscaping with courtyard pool and flowers and umbrellas and a gazebo - just a pleasant place to spend a couple of days while my husband was in meetings. Good bed and linen - Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great deal for the price. The breakfast was good. We had one problem-there was a little bit of mold in our bathroom above the shower due to poor ventilation in that room. I expressed my concern because I was wheezing and they moved us immediately to another room. We had a great rest of the stay. I would stay there again. It was clean and the pillow we awesome!!!
