  This motel was quite a surprise. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk(didn't get her name) was great. A pleasure to deal with someone so nice. The lady that took care of the breakfast room was also great. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling thru the mid west. This was one of the best places we stay at on our trip of 2 weeks.Some we paid twice as much and those should have been boarded up,,,really - The hotel was 1 block away from downtown. Shopping and restaurants were very close. There were many day excursions to see - Crazy Horse memorial, Crystal Caves, Mount Rushmore and the Nature Drive that will thrill families. The staff were excellent!

  I liked that I had a room right next to the pool area with two children 9 and 11. They thought it was really cool. I also liked the closeness of the vending machines. The room service was also great. Your staff at the restaurant was always friendly and helpful for all of our meals. - Staff was so accommodating! I guess we were used to complementary breakfast at many motels that were in the same price range.
