  The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). - Staff is exceptional - every single interaction was positive.   My past experiences in Myrtle Beach were not good and though all hotels were the same. However, my first impression at this hotel will last a long time. Our check in associate, Ashanti was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. She was great. A call to the room checking on us was a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly. That with my experience will make me a repeat - Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

  The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson!
