Staff knew us by name. Enjoyed all of the extra amenities. Beautiful continental breakfast, wine & cheese reception in afternoon and the milk & cookies ( home baked!) in the evening. Turn down service and newspaper in the morning. Valet parking and free use of the bicycles made the stay!

  The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. They served free breakfast each morning that was much nicer than a typical continental buffet that included eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, cereal, fresh fruits and bagels.   Staff was super nice! They even called our room shortly after check in to ask if the room was to our satisfaction. Housekeeping was very friendly both days! The room was immaculate. Overall great stay and we would definitely return.

  The pet policy was the main reason we choose to stay, but after staying we will definitely be staying again. The amenities for a couple to enjoy was a wonderful benefit. The property was very clean, felt safe, and the staff was very helpful. - The evening mixers were fun. Great music! Very close to great shopping and easy access to highway.

  It was a great deal for a very clean and spacious room (we had a king size bed in our room, along with a comfy chair with a foot rest). It was much cheaper than anything in downtown Charleston and even cheaper when compared to a lot of other hotels near the airport, as well. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved having the fridge to store - Kayla Brown - on desk on 6/1/13. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in one room with a king bed and pull out couch. This was fine in the beginning but of course one person snored so loud that the rest of the group could not sleep. They did not have another room to accommodate us but Kayla Brown found us another hotel and gave us extra time to check out. She is wonderful and so very helpful. This is a great place to stay. That with my experience will make me a repeat - Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

  The staff were amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The bar was nice as well as the resturant. Everyone went above and beyond what they should have done - EVERYTHING!!! The room was spacious and luxurious, the hotel looked very elegant, and I saved money (which was a bonus).
