  The front desk was wonderful. Anything we asked they did for us. We had requested to be onthe same floor and they actually put us next door and across the hall from each other which was wonderful.   The pet policy was the main reason we choose to stay, but after staying we will definitely be staying again. The amenities for a couple to enjoy was a wonderful benefit. The property was very clean, felt safe, and the staff was very helpful. - The evening mixers were fun. Great music! Very close to great shopping and easy access to highway.

  The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). - Staff is exceptional - every single interaction was positive.   A nice upgrade from villa to a 4 bedroom condo at the corner, with a wrap around balcony and wonderful views over the beach and marsh area. Good space and comfort in the living area. Wonderful pool area and beach combination.   Location is perfect. Close to everything going on but right on the outskirts of the craziness.   The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson!
