The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. - wonderful food and service.   I liked the activities they had on Saturday. Staff is extremely friendly and try to their best ability to accommodate you. We stayed in the unrenovated part of the hotel but it was still nice. Nothing to necessarily write home about but nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed the night of Valentine's Day, and upon check-in the receptionist upgraded us from a Queen Premium to a Queen Suite free of charge; the room was absolutely amazing. We had much more room for activities. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too.
