  The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time.   This motel has gone through some major renovation since I was there last in 2007. wow, what a make over. All rooms new floors, walls, furniture, beds, bath and no smell. They have a new access road that is much more convenient then turning off the off ramp. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. - I liked the uncarpeted flooring in our room (laminate?--couldn't tell). It was beautiful, and I liked the fact that we didn't have to worry about carpeting harboring fleas in this pet-friendly motel. Also liked the fact that for the first time in a long time, our no-smoking room really didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the price was pretty good.

  I like the staff they were excellent. We were treated like royalty. My son got sick and we needed extra help which was provided very graciously. - Price was right, staff very friendly. Room was clean, no bugs or anything like that. Keycard required for building entry was nice.
