  I was so amazed, I knew what they were suppose to look like, from the website. But it was exactly the same beautiful. I will come back, I will recommend to others, we travel quit a bit. So I look forward to visiting other hawthorn suites by wyndham thank you so much. The bed was so comfortable, it was clean, smelled good, all the anmenties, like h... was die leute sagen » ome, the bathroom was very nice, the toilet was clean, amazing just amazing. - Extremely affordable; the service was amazing, the suites were very nice. We came up for the weekend to attend a fitness expo and this suites were very relaxing to return to after each long, busy and semi-stressful day. There were about 43 of us and the management did their best job to keep us all close-by.

  I have enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. I am still staying there and would really like a discount. I am 58 years old and could use to save some money on this room. - The morning breakfasts were great. The rooms comfortable and relaxing. It was close to shopping and our non smoking room didn't smell like smoke.

  The Hotel Staff was excellent .The shuttle driver Irene picked me up at the Airport and then went to the desk and checked me in . The desk called my room after checking in to make sure everything was ok with the room . The restaurant staff provided great service and was very freindly . I asked a woman at the front desk about some good places to eat. She told us about the area around the Nationwide Arena. But she went one step further and printed out directions from the hotel to the downtown area. I thought this was extremely helpful and very nice.

  Daykita!!! She was wonderful! I had a credit card being sent in the mail tI me and she patiently waited and watched out for it during her shift. She also handled an unruly unhappy rude costumer right in front of me with the most professional manor. She even pardoned herself as i sat at the table eating breakfast. Thank you. - We came for a 2 night stay to go to Cedar Point and African Safari Wildlife Park. We travel with 5 children, ranging in age from 9 to 15. The hotel staff was friendly, the pool was clean and a great size, this hotel is close to Cedar Point, and the rooms are nice. If you are looking for a top-of-the-line hotel, this is not for you. It is quite basic, yet very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
