  I was so amazed, I knew what they were suppose to look like, from the website. But it was exactly the same beautiful. I will come back, I will recommend to others, we travel quit a bit. We came up for the weekend to attend a fitness expo and this suites were very relaxing to return to after each long, busy and semi-stressful day. There were about 43 of us and the management did their best job to keep us all close-by.

We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket, and letter for the doll! We then went shopping at ag. They brought the girls milk and cookies upon return and we were concierge level so we enjoyed t - The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

  We were late checking in as we were travelling from Niagara enroute Chicago and had suddenly changed plans to make a stopover at Cedar Point. The front desk staff was available to service us. She even upgraded us to a 4 double bed room so that the kids won't have to sleep on a sofa cum bed.
