We arrived in the evening and the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. He gave us a brochure on all the different sites to visit and different things for us to do. -
The staff was very nice and responded to our needs. Location is safe and
convenient. Basic breakfast was provided at no additional charge.

Room was very comfortable and great size for 3 women. Beds were comfy; towels were clean and plentiful.
Hotel was located in an area that was easily accessible to other areas of interest. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. -

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person helped
me connect to the internet....more than once! The manager took me to
a convenience store and to car rental spot to try to locate lost
credit card. Yummy breakfast. The shuttle driver was very friendly

The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and prompt. Van service to airport is great for early flights as it starts at 5am. Close to airport and there are at least two 24 hour restaurants nearby. Room had very large bed, good bathroom and air conditioning. And the small outdoor pool was a real plus. Only wish the free breakfast could be served slightly earlier for those needing 5am van to airport - but there was coffee.

We stayed here for three nights and it was great! The room was really nice, clean, and not cramped. We went to the pool everyday and it was delightful. The staff were very kind and helped with whatever we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. -
The downtown was busy & upbeat. We had dinner at a quaint restaurant and loved it!

Very happy with the whole experience. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle made catching the flight home a breeze. Great staff. Excellent quality/price ratio, the Lodge is not right in the city center, but ABQ does not have a town center in the European sense...in any case, the beautiful Oldtown is within a short walk, as well as the interesting and surprising Rio Grande BioPark; to reach the rest of the city there are bus stops just a few meters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. thank you! Definitely recommend it.
