I would like to say only good things about my stay. I actually left my
jacket there and when I called they had it up at the front desk and are
holding it for myself to pick up this week. This says a lot of the
staff. Honest and trustworthy which is hard to come by these days. I
appreciate it greatly. The staff should be rewarded for the excellent
customer service.

The second night we were there, he went out at 10 p.m. to pick up a pair of hikers who had just finished a 2 day backpacking trip. The inn itself is a rustic, old building, absolutely fantastic if you're into that kind of thing, comfortable and pretty simple. The location is perfect, a five minute walk from downtown North Conway but away from the noise and crowds. Breakfast was great. -
The B&B really felt like home. Steve is very friendly, a great resource when it comes to activities in the area and an excellent cook. The B&B is ideally located close to the main roads and shops. It is confortable and clean, and we found the guest pantry particularly convenient. We will definitely go back again!

We stayed for a weekend ski trip. Our stay included a gourmet breakfast.

muffins and baked oatmeal I can't say enough... Very, very good food
and wonderful hospitality. We felt more like we were visiting old

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Portsmouth. You can walk to most downtown restaurants and shopping. It is new and very clean. i stayed in a suite and was very surprised to find it has a kitchen complete with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop. It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.
