We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious
bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out
and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told
me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was
thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. He dug it out of

great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths.
the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near
the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport
and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the
agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your
staff was great at resolving the problem -
