All of it the moment I got there I was early and my room wasn't

again. The lady at the front desk is wicked friendly and she's

Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

The location was great, the staff was very nice, the rooms were neat and looked recently updated. The general hotel common areas were clean and well maintained at all times. The rooms are modern and very nicely decorated. Everything was clean and crisp. The beds were soooo comfortable, therefore a great night sleep!!! Do to the rainy weather, we were not able to enjoy the pool (that looked cleaned and welcoming), fire and private beach across the street. The staff were very nice and attentive. There was no odor in room (no mold, no smoke, etc.). Looking forward to staying there again!!!

This is probably the most professional, helpful and kind staff I have yet to run into. You often find one great person that goes out of their way to be helpful but with this hotel, they are all terrific. Whoever manages this hotel has made some great hires. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The breakfast is very good. Great choice for anyone visiting Boston but wanting to stay outside of the city.

We couldn't have asked for more. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was wonderful. One staffer even made us popcorn while we watched the game by the fire. -

We stayed in a king studio which was spacious and very comfortable. It was very clean and there were nice touches, like dishsoap and nice toiletries. The sofa (which is also a sofa bed) was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good with a range of choices. The pool seemed ok, but we did not use it.

Great hotel, great staff and helpful. The free airportshuttle made an easy access to the "T". We used the Commuter train a lot, only 2-3 min. walk to the Chelsea train stop and you can use the "T"-ticket to/from Chelsea station.
The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and with a kitchenett with a full sized refrigerator which is great when you stay at a hotel with a toddler.
