  Our daughter lives down the road from this hotel and we take the grandkids there for a staycation. There are quite a few hotels in the area, but we chose this one because it is clean, well appointed and has an indoor pool and a pretty good breakfast bar. - very clean, beds slept well, mattresses had bed bug covers & cont. breakfast.

  The staff were great & our 5th floor maid, Ruth, was very friendly & professional. No smoking rooms, but, there are ash trays provided outside on every balcony for you. Our efficiency was fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, full size fridge, stove/range, & microwave oven, even dish soap! Very clean place &... was die leute sagen » no insects! We had a nice view of the ocean from our room, too! letsbookhotel.com gives the best prices, too! I had compared prices on other web site - This hotel has an excellent location close to the beach and boardwalk. It is on the north side of the boardwalk, so it is quiet and away from the main part of it, which is nice (especially at night). Staff was very friendly. Hotel has some wear and tear (it is old, like most hotels in oc) but overall clean. We didn't spend a lot if time in our room anyway. The size of the room (we had two double beds only) was average. I got an excellent discounted price, making the hotel an excellent value wit
