  It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome. We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to get our Ipad. Impressed! Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great. Especially Nabeel and Jared were very kind and gave us a lot of great tips about what to do and where to go in Chicago.   Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we take care of guests attitude is a plus in my book. I was a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well- stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top-notch.

The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one). It takes 40 minutes to get straight from the O'Hara airport to Wash - This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Hotel has efficient and friendly staff; fantastic upper floors restored interior and history of the building is exceptionally interesting. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east. Great bar and bistro on the ground floor. I will definitely visit again.

They also picked us up from the train station to bring us back to the hotel. - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby Tuesday's attached to the hotel.
