Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. After all was said and done,

We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

A family trip to the football game. Lost luggage Friday through almost
check out on Sunday. Extremely helpful in any way they could even
shuttling us to Target for razors, etc. -
It's conveniently located to Chicago's North Shore. The bed is extremely comfortable and the walk in shower is a delight.

our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake

Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other
guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I
liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the
living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p
check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools. The scenery around the resort was beautiful and peaceful. -

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!
