I loved how clean it felt, the building seemed brand new (carpets, drapery, etc), staff was excellent, the bed was so comfortable, furniture was great, shower was awesome, etc. Also, I liked the fact that checkout wasn't until noon. -

the hotel pool was 90 degrees which was perfect during the winter. The hotel staff were excellent especially the gentleman at the front desk. - Location, price, helpfulnes of the staff, who went out of their way to help us when your confirmation of reservation was not located.

The complimentary breakfast buffet and appetizers were so good. Chantel and Victoria did wonderful at the front desk from check-in to check-out. Robin, Elizabeth, and staff kept us supplied with towels, etc. Angelica and staff did a wonderful job on the buffet. You all were so helpful in making my family's stay a wonderful one. Keep up the good work and promote Chantel to Manager already! Thank you.

I loved the view. I liked how peaceful it was. The room was clean and the front desk service was very good. The girls were up-beat and made me believe they enjoyed being there (even if they really didn't). I will be back to Jekyll for the 100th time, soon, and WILL stay at your facility. The view was incredible, I think they are the best on the island. The food in the restaurant was gourmet quality and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Even though we didn't bring pets we loved how pet friendly it is. Very clean considering the age of the place. Beach access was simple and easy. We loved it.

gaze on the ocean as the sun was rising,feeling the warm ocean

my face,the scents of the ocean was all so lovely to behold.My room

My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. It was new, clean and lovely. The boardwalk to the beach was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and they served excellent coffee at all times. The bar was very nice and we could order a snack or sandwich which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.
