  Everything at the the hotel was top of the line, from the staff to the pillows. They gave new gym cloth in order to stay at the fitness center until it was time to go to the airport. Thank you. - Its a beautiful hotel in the heart of Foggy Bottom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

My room was quite big and very clean, but nothing that special about it. Maybe the Victorian rooms are more interesting. Garden, lobby and restaurant room are quite beautiful.   It was terrific. Staff very very welcoming and friendly. Facilities (like the coffee station and free WiFi) were excellent. Breakfast was great - loads of choice and the packed breakfast option was really of benefit on the morning I had to leave the hotel early. Location was terrific to see all the sights of DC. Rachel in the breakfast area was very polite and efficient. She could have used some help from additional staff on Sunday morning. The hotel had a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, great value for money (compared to the other hotels we used on our 5 week holiday in the US) and the room was well set-out, clean and very comfortable.   Location is great for sight seeing. We were able to walk to everything and Metro is half block away if needed. Staff was very friendly and had nice recommendations for places to eat. Coffee in bed is a treat! - The staff were courteous and helpful. Liked the Starbucks down on the ground floor. Loved the fact it was above Metro Center and around the corner from the White House, Spy Museum, Crime Museum and some high street brands plus Macy's across the street. Also within walking distance to Chinatown and restaurants. Very central and accessible because of subway below. Good breakfast. appreciated the fact it had free laundry room use - very important as we were on the road for a month.
