  Great location. Park the car and forgot it for a week. With the Metro station right under the hotel, getting around was perfect - never had to worry about parking.   The staff was amazing, they always greeted us when we were entering and exiting the facility. The beds were really soft, but I felt like it could have been a lil more firm. Overall it was a great stay - nice room.

  The area is not bad at all! There is construction, but you can tell it is an up & coming area! If you use 200 Florida ave ne you will get to the hotel no problem. As far as "sketchy" people in the area I will say this, there is a mix of people in the area & there are pan handlers all over dc, even by the White House.
