  Alles war wirklich wunderschön. Die Lobby, die Zimmer... Super nettes Personal! - This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! We would definitely stay in this hotel ag... was die leute sagen » ain if we could have another chance to visit Aspen. - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly...the service was wonderful. The room was beautiful as was the rest of the hotel.

  The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks
