  We stayed here for our summer wedding. Very helpful concierge, bellman and front desk staff! We were immediately given what felt like special treatment, but I think all of their guests are treated like royalty. Beautiful room and view of Aspen Mountain. Even though it is located in a more quiet area next to the mountain, we still were able to walk everywhere. Privacy, view - It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.

  We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek.   The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).
