  Wonderful family suite. Each child got their own bed. Nice having fridge & microwave in room. Kids liked the breakfasts each morning. Staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. Liked the non-smoking building. The great price let us go out to dinner & the refrig / - The value for the money was outstanding. Other motels in the same price range in Flagstaff are dirty and gross. This motel was nice and clean. I also like the option of the rooms with bunk beds. This is the best motel I have ever seen in this price range. I also liked that the doors into the rooms are inside the hallways as opposed to being on the outside of the building.   We had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton. We only stayed one night as part of a cross-country road trip. All we needed was a place to sleep for the night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for the price. The bed was SO comfortable, everything was clean and the location was perfect. It also had a small balcony overlooking the pool where we sat and drank our coffee in - This is how a hotel should operate. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Each person we encountered was great and offered to go out of their way to make our stay better. We walked around the pool one morning while a maid was transporting a large tub of towels on the common walk area. She pulled her tub off the side walk so we could pass. You could tell everyone had been trained to value and respect the customer and it was evident no matter who we came in contact with.
