  We stayed there a couple of nights during our honeymoon and the place was perfect for that purpose. It's centrally located but still quite and private. The general manager Glen is always there and can assist you in case of any practical problems (we had some). We are also thankful to him that we were allowed to cancel our initial stay back in May,... was die leute sagen » without any payment, even though our stay was prepaid. - What a delightful find. Spent 3 nights at the Copper Whale inn. It was very comfortable and homely and location was fantastic. The included breakfast was very tasty. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend the Copper Whale Inn and would certainly stay there again if I was to visit Anchorage again.

  A perfect hotel for Juneau! My wife and I were a little nervous when we booked it as the description and the pictures of the hotel didn't quite fit with the price. Upon arrival we found it to be exactly what we were looking for! The Silverbow is not in any way fancy, modern, or in most peoples definition, boutique, but it was exactly what we wante... was die leute sagen » d. It is an old building and has all the charm and class that turn of the century buildings have. Loved the room and the quirkiness of the setting. Gr - The room was very clean and also nicely decorated. The bathroom was very nice size with a great bathtub. I loved having the balth salts. The food was great, and the breakfast that came with the room was excellent.The recomendations for food outside the Silverbow were spot on. Location was great. Staff were very nice and helpful. The photos in the dining area were great-they made me want to see more of Alaska.
