  Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels they were given. Right on the Parkway. The breakfast area was small but we w - It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

  The staff in the lobby and housekeeping was very friendly and welcoming; also, there was always someone in the lobby to help with questions about attractions etc; the hotel and our room was beautiful and clean and smelled good; we had a beautiful view of the river and ducks from our private balcony; there was plenty of signage for directions to ve... was die leute sagen » nding machines, ice machines, no smoking, no pets, etc; we also liked parking in the back with access to the elevator from the parking lot. The hotel - For the price, this is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We had the King Suite with the Jacuzzi tub and we really enjoyed it. After walking around Dollywood all day, the Jacuzzi was a great way to wind down and relax in the evening. We also really enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the river. The bed was also very comfortable to be a hotel bed. For the price as well as the location, this is a great place to stay. We will most likely try to stay here again next time we visit Pigeon For

  We had a two night jacuzzi room located at the far end of one wing far away from the pools and enjoyed the quiet. Room was clean and satisfactory. Do not expect a gourmet breakfast but it was adequate and an addition especially for couples with children. I called and the morning staff was very helpful. They found my ring and placed it at the front desk for myself or my husband to pick up. I have never had this kind of customer service at a hotel.   We really liked the room, it was very clean with no offensive odor. Even the a/c unit's filter was clean! The price was another thing that we liked, it was cheap, compared to other hotels. - For the most part rooms were clean....neediing a little work on detailing. Waffle maker made for a filliing breakfast. Hotel staff was nice.

  My friends and I really enjoyed the balcony that looked over the river, though there was an rv park right on the other side. The location was very close to Dollywood and within walking distance of the main strip, so we were able to walk home from a Steakhouse one night and enjoy the atmosphere of the town. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in every thing we needed to know about the attractions and places and things to see. Will definitely stay here again.
