It was totally worth the money paid for and had excellent and friendly staff as well as hotel room was beautiful and loved the Location <3 - For what I used the hotel for, it surpassed my expectations, the reviews I read are very harsh, this hotel is a place I plan on staying at again.   Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle.   A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. I would recommend the Garden Inn and Suites. - Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm. Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning. Receiption staff very polite and efficient. Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great. All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

  Ich habe bereits das 3x in diesem Hotel übernachtet und muss sagen, dass es einfach nur toll ist. Die U-Bahn Station ist 200m entfernt (E-Linie), bis nach Downtown Manhattan benötigt man gut 20min. Um das Hotel herum befinden sich Subway, Dunkin Doughnuts, Wendy's sowie ein Mc Donalds. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist einfach (Kaffee, Milch, Doughnuts, B... was die leute sagen » rot, Marmelade, Obst), aber vollkommen okay. - Sehr günstig gelegen und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet; ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

  I stayed at Sleep Inn for one night before I took and international flight. The staff was very courteous through my whole process. They made sure that I did not miss the shuttle and that I was in a secure area since I was traveling alone.   Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.
