The room was large and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast, evening appetizers and free cocktails was a nice classy touch. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

The hotel was beautiful, the surrounding lake and easy access to
anything needed was all simply ideal. The management, check-in, room
service...all just wonderful. -

I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less
than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an
event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable,
and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza,
or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!

the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room

This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at
again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.
Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention
center, and not far from Disney.

Centrally located to all attractions - Very cheap hotel, near all Orlando's attractions. I just had a sleep there and it was worth of it. I would go to this hotel again.

Beds were super comfy which you dont find in many hotels. Breakfast
buffet was amazing with lots of choices. Convenient location just
minutes from park entrances. -
The "free" breakfast was a very nice aminity. And the gift shop was stocked with lots of variety. Our room was spacious. The staff was really nice.

Staff offered to keep my luggage behind reception after check out andlet me use facilities until I left in evening, with no extra charge. - The hours of operation, we only got there at 4am because of flight delays and they were still open so that was a bonus.
