We called Reception and they sent someone up. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

  We arrived quite late and met this Indian security elderly man...said he'll be 70 soon but looks a lot younger :) He was wonderful! We already talking about return - I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle bus to be sent for you. The refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed us to eat the leftovers for breakfast. My Mom liked the waffle she had at the complementary continental breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was qick and efficient.
