Stayed in the oceanfront hotel room and had a great view! The room was a decent size...2 queen beds and a pull out full size sofa. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view, refrigerator, microwave and small coffee pot. Lovely indoor heated pool and 2 outdoor heated pools, jaccuzzi, ice skating rink inside the hotel with a nightly ice show in the summer, snack/coffee/ice cream stand, gift shop, exercise room, kids activity center...well worth the money!!.

They are the first employee we saw upon our arrival and the impression they made will be remembered when ever we return to Ocean City. What a great choice in front line personnel. I did not have to drive anywhere everything I needed was right at the resort. The supermarket was directly across the street so I was able to save money and purchase sandwich meat and bread water etc for my stay. The hotel amenties were amazing!. The indoor ice skating rink. The large clean rooms. The in-room refrigerator and mini kitchen area. The balcony and ocean view. The parking garage with plenty of parking space. Carousel Hotel has amenities like dining, pool, ice rink , and is very family friendly. The staff is great and really take care of the place. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very attentive and any problems solved immediately. Lots of food options and you never had to leave the hotel. Ice skating rink an added bonus!. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! Everyone was very very nice! We can't wait to get back there before the summer ends!!. Convenience, quiet, natural beauty, nice landscape, ideal for short stays, pleasant staff, clean and affordable. Repeat customers. Loved the pool and quick beack access. Made it really easy to jump from outside to indoors. Our room was ocean front ,Great View !! everything was great for a laided back weekend. parking was good room was excellent we had side view of ocean location was good. clean and well maintained. It gave them something fun to do when it rained one of the days we were there. We also liked the fact that there was the Carousel Bistro in the atrium to get coffee and bagels in the morning instead of having a full breakfast. I was very happy with the fact that there was hot water for all 4 of us to take a shower. I've been in hotels where the last person in the shower had cold water, this was not the case. We had a fourth floor balcony room with an ocean view and it was very nice. Convenience of a private elevator was very helpful. The maid was extremely efficient and friendly. I liked that the restaurant had good food and nightly specials. Friendly accommodating nice workers. The cleaning staff was quick and efficient with the room. Lobby area and entertainment at pool bar however pool was very limited in size and seating; noise was high at times from bar. This is the first time i stayed here;I like the hotel Very much. I will NOT be back nor would I recommend to any body. The rooms had coffee makers, sink and refrigerators. There was a bar. Clean rooms. I liked the location and there is a lot of things to do in the area. I enjoyed the spacious room and it was clean. We liked the ice skating attraction. I liked location and price. oceanfront location. Slow elevator, mattresses too firm, pillows were lumpy (better to bring your own pillows). Nothing. My weekend went too fast. The pool hours could be extended, I had some school work to do and looked forward to using the hotel computer the reason why I left the kids home this trip, I did not like the computers in the middle of everything. It should be in a quiet location. But again noooo Complaints absolutely wonderful coming back in August!. The facility is a little dated. The beds were firm I prefer a softer mattress. Elevator to ocean side rooms very slow. No place to hang up beach towels...the balcony could use some racks or hooks. Only one elevator for ocean view rooms (1-4) and it was very slow. Bar outside needs more starter food on menu, in my point of view, to enjoy drinking while eating something small. N/A!!!!. some signs of aging,. We would have preferred an oceanfront room. One of the reasons we came is because of your pool and jacuzzi. We were not able to use the jacuzzi due to repairs and the pool was not open until after checkout on Monday. Lots of construction noise early in the morning. I did have an issue with itching while in the bed. If I stayed on top of the covers I seemed to be ok, but under them I had severe itching of the lower legs. (?) Bathtub drain was slow to drain. Called maintenance. The hot tub said not for under 18 and there were young kids in it. Staff saw and didn't say anything. The beach was a bit crowded. Rooms are dated. Nothing, had a really good time at a reasonable price. The resort is getting older, it's time for upgrades to room sizes etc. The lights by the beds were not working. Something with the electrical switch. The game room was to small. Would have liked a bigger room and request was denined without a reason when rooms were still avaliavble. The rooms need to be update. I think the duvet and appears of suite need to be more modernize. Did not like the fact I had to ask three times for several things to be fixed and or asked. Like a full size coffee pot. Never received a do not disturb sign. Track on the sliding glass door was not operating correctly and that took three phone calls to get fixed. As much as I was paying to stay there I should have as this items taking care of after the second if not first time. Thank god I have patience. Spa wasn't in operation and the ceiling over the beds in the room needs some attention as well as the sliding glass door/screen door. could not smoke on balcony. room was too small and balcony was tiny. The broken lamps in the room. Could not control the temperature in the room. Very, very warm in room. There was a small coffee pot in room and coffee supplied. Asked at the front desk for a tea bag and was told rudely that they don't supply tea bags. The refrigerator was not cold at all. Room had a very bad view. Everything. The music at the skating rink was very loud and it played until 10:00. Put the people with kids in the rooms close to the rink. The only draw back is that it is a family place right? They have ice skating indoor pools out door pools even an ice cream little palor thing down stairs. So it's caterers to young children. Young children usually go to sleep around 9 maybe 10 at the latest. But they have a bar that plays loud music until 1am. So it was very hard to sleep makes no sense. Expensive drinks. The pool was rather small to accommodate all the guests of the hotel, plus there weren't enough chairs around the pool. The buffet food in the restaurant was not good. It was overheated and flies were all over the dessert table. I didn't like the room and I was not asked if I had a choice of ocean view or not. I don't like a view of the alley and we did not have a couch in the room. It seemed like an older room and the area by the door looked bad. Noise; no ability to charge room service to the room made doing this cumbersome; waiters at times seemed disinterested so level of service not high; staff did not clean coffee pot or thoroughly clean room - a worry. I didnt get any sleep for my two nite stay; Young people just ran wild.No respect for any body.heard the F bomd many times,Racing mopeds around parking lot.Complained to staff many times,they just say were taking care of it sir,And the parties cont.thru the nite I"m taking till 4:30AM. The rooms had very little noise reduction. Could hear all the kids and foot traffic. The walkway to beach was right through the the hotel and bar area. I felt the restaurant food was terrible and also the staff wasn't to helpful, they couldn't provide answers about several easy questions.The staff also didn't inform us about beach chairs that were free ,we went out and purchased them and other things. The price was outrageous and the pool was dirty. I was disappointed with the buffet. For the price, it should have had more. We were checked into a "patio" room which meant that the bistro live entertainment was right outside out door and very loud for many hours. We changed rooms. I didn't like that I had to ask them to change my room. When I called they told me I would be 4&5 floor side bay view when we arrived we were side view ocean roof view with all equipment on the roof. It was so dirty we could not sit outside. They did switch our rooms but only for the 2nd night. rooms need to be updated (blankets and comforter worn/dirty); curtains were dirty; mold in bathroom.
