  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. - I love the room...all the round inside the hotel very comfy and luxurious...like an expensive hotel...the ... was die leute sagen » pool was great too...and the most important that you accept my liitle doggy Princess...as a guest too....

  I am a full-time traveller who flies at least 4 times per month, many of which are international trips. I have stayed in hotels all around the world in varying price ranges. I stayed in the Canterbury room facing the raging Niagra River as it races by towards the Falls...this is a simply spectacular and impressive view. I never had a room like thi... was die leute sagen » s before. Back to the room...huge!! The room was a blast to the past with warm and cozy Victorian furnishings, antique furniture... Elizabethan sofas. - How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room. H
