Sugar Hill Suites - Fotos
Was die Leute sagen
We stayed for six nights in the Sugar Hill Suites. We had a great time. The suites are very cozy and atmosperic. The rooms are large and had the best mattrass.
Every morning we had a healthy and great breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us a warm welcom during our stay. The neighborhood is safe and in walking distance of the metro. There are good restaurants in this area to find.
We absolutely will book again for our next stay in NYC. Thanks for the pleasant stay!. alle bewertungen »
I absolutely loved the location. I was only minutes away from the metro and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was so much more than I expected. It was clean in excellent condition and the decor fit the Victorian home perfectly.
Lovely people. Terrific location right near our destination and on the right subway lines. Easy parking nearby on the street. Very friendly healthy tasty breakfast included. Beautiful old boarding house atmosphere and furnishings.
Very home-stay style hotel with large suites. Furniture is a little bit
old but does bother me at all. It's very closed to subway station
which only takes you 20 mins to get time square. They offer very good
breakfast!! Yummy!.
Taking into account that we are talking about accommodation in Manhattan, this hotel is awesome !
Nice staff, big room, plenty of space, home feeling, quiet neighborhood, easy access to public transportation, breakfast,.
Ruth is really a very nice host friendly and always there in case we
needed something. The neighborhood is nice and quiet eventhough the inn
is close to busy avenues. It is ideal for couples.
I love the place for its cozy ambience. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Very clean, quiet. I would absolutely stay overy again and recommend Sugar Hill Suites to friends and family.
The suite is homely. Environment and facilities depicted home away from home. Breakfast was early and delicious. We would like more of african food for the kids.
I loved the decor and the spacious room. The room we stayed in had a Kitchenette, which saved us money.
spacious room, bathtub, huge bed, nice restaurant around the corner, safe neighbourhood.
Beautiful room, friendly staff, convenient, really lovely experience.
Friendly atmosphere,helpful staff,good ambience,clean rooms.
excellent bed, quiet area for ny, friendly, big room.
Eveything...superb Hotel.
the king bed was AWESOME!.
Breakfust was really nice with fresh fruits and berries, omelette, bagels and cake every day.
The room was very large, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The size of the room.
The house keeper was very friendly and accomodating.
i love the lay out of the brownstone hotel.
The location.
Cheap.
The bed .
Nothing.
I was not able to determine which bell was for reception when I arrived. I waited for sometime outside until after pushing all the buttons she came to the door.
Zip.
Gotta find it by the address number because there is no big sign for
this hotel!.
I'm trying to find something just to fill in this field but can't find one.
There isn't anything I'd mention in this category. I was
really pleased.
the bed (furniture) in the rooms could be changed to a modern one.
The room was cold.
staff a bit disorganised and not available at night time. It is not a hotel. The kitchen was not functional.
Was a little confusing, a little cold, breakfast very simple. Really minor.
Distance to downtown NY took about half an hour on the subway.
The room was facing the front of the house, and it was a very noisey street. Ambulances a minimum of five times a day.
Room had a lot of potential, however the upgrades were very shoddy.
No formal registration or instructions for entry of building was given. When we arrived a man opened the door, showed us the room and left. Other than the house keeper, no other staff ever approached us or asked if we needed anything. The house and room were very cluddered.
its wasnt clean there was a dead roach in the tub and it looked like mice were eating the food that was left for the new guest of my room.
The bathroom was horrible. So small with bugs on the floor.
Sheets on bed were nasty.
No wifi in bedroom .
Breakfast was a available but it wasn't explained to us on arrival that it was served downstairs.! We had a fridge an kitchen in our suite an expected it to be there.
Too far from the action (our fault)
Wifi was terrible
Having to go up 4 flights of stairs every time in order to access our room.
Very small place, room was dirty, very old design, No office computer, almost no kitchen. its not a hotel.
The room smells of ashtray!! The room was so cold, There was no heating!! I had one electric plug in radiator . The fridge was mouldy and had a bad aroma , The wires were loose at the plug socket.. I had two electric shocks plugging in my straightners!! The bath was filthy. My room was also home to extra storage like air conditioner units and put u up beds and mattresses.
No water, kitchen outside of suite. No cutlery, no linen. Not enough
beds for amount of people booked for. $2700 wasted, we stayed about 1
hour and then went somewhere else. Exposed wires, smoke detector
missing, clear glass outer door so everyone can see you using toilet. Do
not stay here, you will waste your money.
