  I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows were amazing as well! The hotel it's self is very convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not far from the French quarter or Bourbon street, basically right where you wan... was die leute sagen » t to be, the area around the hotel is safe there is security at night that walks the property. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie - This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  The location in the Garden District was within walking distance of the lovely antebellum mansions and great restaurants. The streetcar was right outside our door. It was a 20 minute ride to the French Quarter. The neighbourhood was quiet after the noisy hustle and bustle of all the sights of downtown New Orleans.and safe for an morning stroll. We would highly recommend this hotel and would return in a - We booked at the Avenue Plaza at the last minute because our reserved hotel room elsewhere had a broken pool. For $10 more a night, the amenities were more than doubled. We were so happy with our stay at the Plaza I will book there every return (business) trip. It is worth not "shopping around" to stay there.

  Location was great near the French Market and Royal Street, very easy to get around and just far enough from Bourbon St to avoide the late night/early morning party animals, and there are a lot! Our room was fabulous but over the road from our friends whose room was much smaller with no windows. Place has great character. Raney on Fr - When I first arrived I was disappointed to find out I would be staying in the guest house across the street. My disappointment evaporated when I entered my room. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. Then I looked at the bathroom it was as large as the bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walkin shower all tastefully done.

  My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights. The location is brilliant and the receptionist that greeted us (forget her name but lots of tattoos) was lovely, very helpful and kind. If only all receptionists were like her! We had a small issue with the air con not working properly while we there but after mentioning to the staff we were discounted f... was die leute sagen » or this and were given a portable fan which helped. The location is superb, very quiet spot and away from the madness of Bourbon street and Canal stre - Walking distance to Bourbon street but far enough away to not hear noise. Close to the French Market. Room was nice, great king sized bed. Courtyard was perfect for my husband to hang out and use his ipad and be able to smoke. We will definitely stay here again! Great location!!
