  My past experiences in Myrtle Beach were not good and though all hotels were the same. However, my first impression at this hotel will last a long time. Our check in associate, Ashanti was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. She was great. A call to the room checking on us was a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly. That with my experience will make me a repeat - Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

  Overall we had a pleasant stay. Not far from the beach. Right beside a nice mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Although I felt the hotel restaurant was a little pricey. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice as well - Hotel was very clean especially the room.   I had one issue with the room and it was resolved asap. If we had more time we definetly would have stayed longer. - The staff was very nice and the rooms were great. Good location.
