We loved everything about this hotel. Chris at the front desk was amazing, very perfessional and helpful. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend this hotel and will return there anytime we travel to Milwaukee. Exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable beds and we loved the layout of the room. The hotel gets an A+ and Chris an A++.
The room I had was awesome. Comes with microwave and fridge and a separate living room and bedroom. The staffs are awesome especially Chris, who is at the front desk and also the other guy who mend the bar which I can't recall his name. Both of these guys are super friendly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a complete meal eggs,sausage,waffles and other items. The water was hot immediately which is unusual for hotels.
Very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the decor was very nice. The staff were very pleasant and the pool area was well kept.

There is nothing we would change. We liked everything.
The location is ok but not that great. I stayed 4 nights here but only once that the housekeeping clean my room. When I extended the 4th night, I even told a housekeeper that pass my room that I need them to clean up but was told that my room was handled by another housekeeper and I waited till 1pm and no one knock on my door to clean up the room. But well, that's just the minor thing I had to say. The rest was all good.
It could be updated, Hall wallpaper was peeling and carpet was worn. We had a suite there was only one TV and it was across the room so volume needed to be turned up to hear the programs.
The breakfast wasn't great and there wasn't enough of certain food like sausage. I would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of whatever they served with the sausage.
Also room was too hot and there was no way to adjust temp.
they have a small bar near lobby and it wasnt open the nite we were there.
The bathroom is showing its age. It is time for a makeover.
One dat Sat. We stayed in a bit late but mentioned to the maid who was
still on the floor that we were leaving in a few mins. But she never
returned to clean our room that day. Also a handicapped room should
include some type of shower seat.
the dirty elevator in all fairness the room was very clean and neat some of the help could have spoken better English.
That I had a choice at the beginning of young couple or mature couple. How about middle?.
squeeky bed matresses, room was not clean, sofa was ripped and springs were completely gone from the sofa sleeper, had to ask for a new couch, ran out of clean towels had to use pool towels.
