  The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay.   we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. free parking, the hotel is not really central if you want to be @ maimi south beach so i would recomend a car if staying in this hotel, then it's about 15 minutes drive - location, price, good bed and linen, airport shuttle service
