Really great and helpful staff, friendly service.
The free hotel shuttle is very convenient, especially when we were there for the Memphis in May and it was quite busy with not many free cabs.
The staff are great and go out of their way to assist guests. They truly make the hotel a wonderful place to stay because of their excellent service. -

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly from the people who checked you in, the wait staff in the restaurant, and the bell men. The check in clerks Gary and Amanda were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It is in a good area. I was near the sites of Downtown Memphis, and all within walking distance. -

Fabulous location. We intended to visit Beale Street nightly, the location of the hotel made it easy to do! Staff was always helpful and courteous. We had a comfortable room with modern amenities. The room had a large desk with chargers for tablets and phones (big plus for a tech geek like me). Good Internet service. Great location (2 blocks from Beale St). The staff is very helpful and quite friendly. The pool area looked nice and clean

We stay at the Madison every year at least once. The staff is gracious and accomodating. The rooms are truly luxurious and large. The location is excellent--right downtown by the river and walking distance to Beale Street and downtown restaurants. The suites are fantastic, especially if you might have other people over to your room. -
