We love the full kitchen.
The gas fireplace, and
most of all the jacuzzi tub
in the bedroom.
Although the place has a few years on it. One would never know. Rooms have that fresh look to them. :).
Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was nice. The outdoor and indoor pools were very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location - right across from Loon Mountain.
Their weren't any elevators in the main building; therefore, lugging everything up three levels when checking in was a pain....slow wi-fi too.
excessive noise in parking lot from car alarm going off every hour from 4AM til 8 AM. No security or staff around to notify owner of car alarm problem.
Looks good on the outside, but inside the facility is dated. Bad window insulation.
