  I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

  I've stayed at Vdara before and I really enjoyed this trip too. First off, we checked in earlier than normal check-in and we got upgraded to a Corner King Suite which was huge, spacious!   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

This was great as we all had our own space. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. You could get most things you might need within the hotel complex. The beds were unbelievably comfy and the bathroom is huge. Pool area is clean and large so never felt overcrowded. Valet was a God- send as the car-park gets very busy.   This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around.
